Returns

If you wish to make a return, you must contact MNCmade and explain why. If and only when your reason is approved, you will then be given further instructions on the process of returning your item(s). Return shipment fees will be at the expense of the customer. The same applies to custom orders. Any items that you have purchase on "SALE" are final sale and are not subject to be returned. 

• You have 14 days after receiving item to request a return. 
•  Items will not be accepted if they are dirty, ripped, or torn. 
• Items must not have been worn or washed. 
• It cannot contain makeup stains, a perfume or detergent scent. 

Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange, you must contact MNCmade and explain why. If and only when your reason is approved by us, you will then be given further instructions on the process of returning your item(s). Exchange shipment fees will be at the expense of the customer. The same applies to custom orders.  Any items that you have purchased on "SALE" are final sale and are not subject to be returned.
